What is Paper and Palette Studio?
Paper and Palette Studio is a small business that creates handcrafted, eco-friendly jewellery, accessories, and home décor. Every piece is thoughtfully made using sustainable materials, including handmade paper, upcycled beads, and watercolour designs.

What materials do you use?
I use sustainable materials such as handmade paper, upcycled beads, watercolour paintings, and eco-friendly sealants. My designs are lightweight, durable, and environmentally responsible.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from Adelaide, Australia. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary based on location but a tracking number will be provided with each order 

Domestic orders: Approx. 7-10 business days

International orders: Approx. 8-14 business days

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! If you need your order quickly, please select express shipping at checkout. Additional costs apply. 

Customization & Care

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out.

How should I care for my handmade jewellery and paper items?

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
  • Store in a dry place when not in use.
  • For earrings, wipe gently with a dry cloth if needed.
  • Handmade paper trays should be used for decorative purposes or light storage and kept away from moisture.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is handmade, I do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo, and I will be happy to assist you.
